The Walking Dead - Season 1 Episode 1

The Walking Dead tells the story of the aftermath of a zombie apocalype; it follows a small group of survivors, traveling across the desolate United States in search of a new home away from the shuffling hordes of the undead (or "walkers"). The group is led by Rick Grimes, who was a sheriff's deputy in a small Georgia town before the zombie outbreak. As their situation grows more hazardous, the group's desperation to survive pushes them to the brink of insanity. At every turn they are faced with the unbearable horrors that come from having the dead walk again, the changing dynamic of their group, as well as facing hostility from the scattered remains of a struggling human populace who are focused on their own survival, now that the structures of global society have collapsed.

The below pics were taken at the scene in the morning. Explosions happened early 3.45am and 4 hurts, according to the major daily newspapers.

One of the leading F&B chain store is badly destroyed.

Giant Kids Run 2011 - Race Day

its a bright sunny Fri-Malaysia day...

reached Metropolitan Park at 7.15am, and eager to walked to the information counter to collect another race bib. apparently,  parent/guardian needs to wear a race bib together with their children when running together... So collected another race bib number...

There's a carnival atmosphere where lots of booths being set up, lots of people around and seeing crews/sign boards directing the participants to the desired venue...

we're (age 4-6 boys) scheduled for the first race of the day, but apparently the girls of the same age band started the first race...

so, we waited....

and the race began... there were more than 500 participants for this group... obviously we're not aiming for the top 3 spot.. afterall its just a FUN run.... but just don't understand some parents... they  forced their children to run by pushing them to the front until they fall to the ground....

it was a satisfying as we MANAGED to completed the race... as a reward, the participants were given a medal and a certificate...
